Thank you I will make these necessary changes in the gym. Maxed out yesterday at 395 and feel if I had my form right like in this video I could have done much more.
I'm literally in the gym watching this and of course surrounded by huge dudes… this is always intimidating but it has to be done and ya gotta start somewhere!!!
I always feel i did this wrong, but i know i always keep the back straight and never over bend at the end cause my back isn’t straight at that point so this confirmed i dead lift right, nice as i brush my forehead
Keep your head neutral Feet right under the bar should-width apart Maintain a flat non rounded back Squeeze your shoulder blades together (don’t leave your shoulders hanging out) Engage your core to protect your your lower back Start the lift with your hamstrings Squeeze your glutes at the top Don’t over bend

I legit looked up: "quick deadlift tutorial" and was not disappointed. Cheers for the brevity!

Aranmanai music 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Damn this Brett guy is really gorgeous.
I tend to bend my back
Goddamn, look at the chest on the trainer!
I know a few people with blown backs because of deadlifts i would avoid it unless your going pro
Bar always be hitting my knees on the way down
when i engage my lats it arches my back n makes my lower back hurt .. any one know why this is
Is his knees in proper position? Looks like his feet are way too close together and his knees are slightly inward
I see people at the gym deadlifting like their gonna dive and they just run through their sets like that and it just makes me want to cry.
POV: You just realised how trash your form actually was
Great video. Now to incorporate these into my leg days.
Easy to lift with a light weight . 😂😂😂
Ahhh now I know what was the problem. My legs were 9 feet apart lol
This is just an RDL
The bar keeps hitting my knees ☹

Keep your head neutral
Feet right under the bar should-width apart
Maintain a flat non rounded back
Squeeze your shoulder blades together (don’t leave your shoulders hanging out)
Engage your core to protect your your lower back
Start the lift with your hamstrings
Squeeze your glutes at the top
Don’t over bend
Watch 1:35 on 0,25 speed repeatedly
Too much yapping not enough showing
Back still hurts even though I feel I'm only lifting with legs.
Brad needs to stop skipping legday lmfao
