    I bought this whole ragi grain from the local market. These days it is also seen in supermarkets. Do try to use whole grain when making dosa batter.

  2. I tried this receipe last week and it turned out very well. Adding little bit of poha did the wonders as batter came out very fluffy. Never had such soft yet not sticky ragi idlis at home. Thank you very much for this receipe.
