  1. I’m certainly going to try this n hope for better success than bajra roti. Couple of things I wud request you to clarify please:
    1. Is it better to have a separate dosa tava?
    2. What happens to phytic acids when millet flours are used directly?

  2. This is an amazing recipe. Before the covid, I had bought Bajra to make kambu sadham or kambhu choru. Couldn't use it then. So making dosa and idly with the same atta. Would like to grind it in the wet grinder, though. Thank you so much 💓

  3. Wow!! Your dosas look yummy and must taste even more yummy. But I had a question about coconut chutneys. Much as we love them with our idlis and dosas but isn't too much of coconut supposed to be bad for cholesterol?? Also isn't it fattening??
