Is hard to give up eating and but your visceral fat wont go anywhere if you don’t burn out all the unhealthy fat, after all that’s how you provoke visceral fat is common sense run run run after 2 months you’ll see results, but don’t stop good luck everyone

  3. I dnt think you will get the result in a short time. When we grow older, our metabolism is reducing, even you have good eating habit, the outcome wont so significant due to our body aging. Workout can help but the process could take longer time.

  4. Guy in 20s thinks losing fat is not that hard. Good video on fat Location though. It's not just fat, it's also swelling with aged organs and especially lose or dissolved ligaments, most of body shape is held by tight ligaments at your age, muscle can be exercised but ligaments don't age well even with daily exercise. Things just seem to sit in the body forever also. It would be great if we could just drink something that dissolved all the fat.

I started using my sauna suit to make my body a oven and I got on my aerobic stepper and did 30 minutes and I sweated so much.it felt good especially after shower.i used to do this years ago 5 days a week and ate a tuna or chicken salad a day and loss 10 pounds in a week easy.just 1 granola to curb sugar craving

  8. Hey doc, no disrespect but what we need are ACTUAL, SPECIFIC steps to remove it. Not a summary of all that weve learned so far about visceral fats. Youre going the wrong way. Were moving towards narrowing down factors of this problem and we want to get to the bottom of this. But it apoears youre oversimplifying it and you endup moving backward. Not so helpful

  9. Thank you! My husband and I are overweight. We are not huge, but we have gained enough to start to worry. I began juicing yesterday. I started the celery juice, but didn't have awful effects as some say you get. It may take me a few days to expect that. I am 42 and do not have a gallbladder. Maybe I will have different experiences since it has been gone since I was 18. My husband walks a lot since he is a security officer, and he skips out on sugars more, but has a "beer belly" and can't lose weight. He also has a umbilical hernia. Any suggestions for him @Fit Father Project – Fitness For Busy Fathers?
