  4. Okay so this WORKS! I do cardio and weight training 3x a week or 2x a week— my schedule flips so I can have time for school also. Anyways— I saw results in less than 3-4weeks.
    Thank you sm, what a god send !
    -if you were wondering how long my workouts are they’re abt 45 minutes on my leg/glute days and 20-30 minutes on my cardio/glute days. I’m sure you dont have to do it as long as I do, I just do many exercises targeting the glute area:)
    lots of reps= toning
    heavy less reps= building muscle
