  1. The last week or so I've had awful neck and upper shoulder blade pain. I work at a PC 8+ hours a day and have started using a standing desk during COVID. Started doing these exercises just yesterday and will continue to do so in hopes to alleviate some pain/stiffness in my neck. Will likely see a chiropractor in addition to getting a deep tissue massage soon.
