The last week or so I've had awful neck and upper shoulder blade pain. I work at a PC 8+ hours a day and have started using a standing desk during COVID. Started doing these exercises just yesterday and will continue to do so in hopes to alleviate some pain/stiffness in my neck. Will likely see a chiropractor in addition to getting a deep tissue massage soon.
Being six foot seven and doing normal human tasks makes me lean forward a lot everything is made small! I can definitely say these help this man saved my spine
Using our phones created a whole generation of people with shoe-facing faces, and turtle-like necks, and this posture are neither healthy nor pretty. We must fix our posture, it works better than the exercises
Thank you for this. Its a big problem for me. I'm conscious of my posture when I walk but i still notice my head sticking forward a lot of the time. So being aware of that and having exercises to do will help.
Searched for several posture videos before I finally see EXACTLY what I was looking for – Thank you! This man understands me! And makes sense! And is handsome on top 🙂

I don't know if anybody reads comments after 3 years here, are we suppose to go with one exercise? Or how does this work?
I'm just 16 and I've got this posture because of studying and burying my head in books for long durations

ive started fixing my posture problem is now my spine hurts
