  1. I'm recovering from a broken leg ajd all is good but everytime i walk there's this pain in my left butt, it doesn't stop me from walking but every step is painful because of it

  2. I had pain at my sacroiliac joint and also Leg pain from what I know now is Piriformus Syndrome. I had injections in my sacroiliac joint in December which helped a lot that but my Piriformus pain hadn't gotten any better with physical therapy so i stopped going (they didn't say it was Piriformus Syndrome and some of their stretches made it worse) . I will give this a try but I scheduled an appointment to talk to my pain management doctor about getting injections to the Piriformus.

This is one of the worst pains I've ever had

  3. I had sciatic pain in my butt because I did too much yard work I did this exercise for the first day twice and 50% of the pain went away I'm going to keep on doing it until the pain goes away thank you so much you're God sent

  4. this helps me alot.. i'm clueless for what is happening to my butt.. and as i search this guide and give me relief.. thank you so much

  5. I injured this muscle on the left side of my booty by dancing on my rollerskates, not to much sitting. I felt the muscles tightening up in my booty on both sides while rollerdancing during the dance sessions, but I am used to that. But my left side got injured. First couple of days, i did not think this was real, I mean I never even thought an injury there was even possible. But rollerblading irritates it more than rollerskating. Also another thing that really irritates the injury is a POP physique exercise video. Right now I am laying on a heating pad, waiting for Tylenol to kick in. I am in so much pain because I was rollerblading earlier. I am going to have to rest a couple of days, hope that will. All that Tylenol and Advil cannot be too good.

  6. Is it possible to have both sciatic pain and performance? I have shooting pain and heavy leg down the front of my left leg plus pain in right button and hip joint.

  7. I've been having butt pain for years but I can assure you that I've only done these exercises for 15 minutes and I can feel the pain going. Iam gonna continue and see the change. Iam so sure this nagging pain is going to finally go. Thankyou, Thankyou

  8. Im back! This stretch routine is miraculous. I've had piriformis pain since last year in September and it went away within two weeks of me constantly doing this. Good stuff!

  9. 2:40+ This stretch is seriously improving my quality of life – I've been doing it every day for the last few days and it is significantly reducing the pain I feel in my left hip when I get out of bed, when I walk up stairs, when I play sport…. Thanks once again, Dr.!

  10. WOW ! ! ! The second stretch helped me get really into that buttock pain that won’t allow me to sleep. It felt amazing feeling the tension go as I stretched deep into the pain. Such a big sense of relief. I will continue to your stretches in order to help my pain. I just found out it was piroformis syndrome after almost 6 months of pain. No meds can take away what stretches can do. It’s painful but worth it. Thank you, DR. ❤️

  11. I liked the video. Hopefully it will help me. I am a gardener and do LOTS of long walks as well as exercise classes but just lately I get intense pain in BOTH buttocks from the back of my legs!

  12. Is heat good for it ? Because my is running down the back of my leg. This morning feels like Am trying to get a charley horse in the back of my leg 😔😢. Thank you so much for your teachings 👍❤👍

  13. Thanks for this video; it’s very helpful. I have one question though – regarding the 2nd stretch where you put your leg up on the bed and lay it flat. Even getting my right leg in that position hurt like crazy, never mind trying to stretch forward. Will this get easier the more I try it? Or could this be something else?

  14. Hi Dr Rowe thanks for the totally effective stretches! My question is why when I do the second one, I feel more pain in my sciatic nerve… to the level of tingling all the way to my foot! Is this an indication that my almost constant sciatic pain is due to a tight periformis muscle? Or am I damaging myself?

  15. Omg been hurting 3 days tied two voids nothing. Did this video for 5 mins… everything … Now I'm cleaning my house n had to stop to wrote this.
This guy is the truth frfr 1000%

  16. These are great! I have a very tight piriformis that i just can’t seem to relax. How long would it take approx doing the above for it to make a difference? Will try to do them everyday 👍
