I still got one question, I've heard that you should workout by movements e.g. push, pull, squats etc. But here you said to workout by major muscle groups. Which advice should I follow and what di I do?
Hey great video explanation! I had a question so, I started summer workouts at school but then after 2 weeks I left because I got sick. Im now starting a schedule at home to workout, to get fit because im skinny and im thinking about playing football next year. I know the diet comes in to play heavily but is this schedule good for a month? Monday- upper body Tuesday-lower body Wed- Cardio Thrusday- Upper body
Friday- lower body then rest sat and sun repeat for a month. (Also Wed is cardio then in the afternoon is full boddy) Idk please response. Thanks
