Im now starting a schedule at home to workout, to get fit because im skinny and im thinking about playing football next year. I know the diet comes in to play heavily but is this schedule good for a month? Monday- upper body Tuesday-lower body Wed- Cardio Thrusday- Upper body
    Friday- lower body then rest sat and sun repeat for a month. (Also Wed is cardio then in the afternoon is full boddy) Idk please response. Thanks
