  3. If my left side is bigger than my right does that mean I should work my left side so my right gets big? Since I read that whatever is your dominance hand is then the glute on the opposite will be stronger

  4. Great video TY! I can’t lift heavy dumbbell or KB ( no more then 15lb) because of leftsided weakness from stroke, can I still just do other exercises and still grow glutes or am I wasting my time?

  5. I get prolonged burning feeling on my left glute many days after my workout is this normal ? It's not nice when i sit or lay on it. Not sure if it's normal . Don't think so
