Hi Bret, I'm 54 and I suffer from atrophy on my left leg…I had back surgery (2003) and my sciatica made it extremely painful to workout…now, after 90+lbs weight loss, no more pain!, But now my left leg is smaller..my right glute and leg are developing nicely, but my left is smaller…have done unilateral exercises and my glutes aren't firing up as much as my right side.. I've heard of "dead butt syndrome"…I do the "mind-body connection", but my glute is having a hard time "remembering" what it's supposed to be doing for the past 5 months especially my gluteus medius!..yes, I get sore, but there's no growth!..could it be the piriformis?..inferior and/posterior gemellus?..idk, this is very frustrating…I was even training heavy every day paying more close attention to my weaker side to no avail..please help!!!…I just want an "even butt"..

    Im a certified dietician and nutritionist. I spend any free time educating others.
    Eggs meats and animal products are toxic!!! They cause massive chronic, with time irrepairable inflammation, cancer, hair loss, sight problems, male breasts, female hirsutism, pcos, acne, rosacea, skin problems, infections, insulin resistance, diabetis, etc. They have huge amount of impurities, chemicals, antibiotics, puss, puke and digestive output while producing them. They are full of bacterias and clogg the arteries!! First educate yourself- lack of knowledge is not something to show off and be proud of. Later eat whats good for you only!! They also massively disrupt hormonal balance of men and women!! Animals are fed with GMO soy and corn and they dont get any nutrition from the soil, cause its extra money, nobody does that. There is no b12 existing in animal products at all. Omega 3s are destroyed by temperature, oxygen and light, there are no omega 3s in animal products or meat. Fish and fish oil are massively POLLUTED and filled with heavy metals. Omega 3 and b12 naturally occuring and of best source is SPIRULINA. Marketing is fake, open your eyes. Keto diet – Meats, diary and other all animal products cause immediate deaths- proven by science too. Vegan diet contains ALL of the nutrients and ALL of the essential amino acids that we need. Best anti inflammatory diet is vegan keto. Saggy, puffy, wrinked fat face and all health issues you will get from non vegan diets. You cannot cure pcos and painful periods if you are not vegan. GO VEGAN. Also if products and cosmetics were safe first of all they would not have to be tested on animals. Intelligence.
