  1. Really wonderful narration about cardio exercises. I am 69 years old. I do thread mill, stationery cycle and elliptical bar for a total period of 45 minutes. Is it OK for my age. I have been following your instructions very religiously. Tks for sharing.

  2. Wow, I just wrote out a 6 week plan for my self and I said ill start at 10 mins of cardio and go up my 5 minutes every week. Good to know that there is science to back it up! I think getting in the habit of working out and eating with more intention is way more important than how hard you go in the beginning. I’m learning this more and more as a reformed dieter/restrictive eater.

    Thanks for the video

  3. Stop wasting your time on calculating every single calorie. Visit Agoge Diet and check your calorie intake for FREE. You can choose any kinds of fruits, nuts, vegetables and meats and get personalized meal plan which contains only food you like.

  4. I’ve done cardio for about 2 weeks now and I usually keep it on 4.5 speed on a treadmill for about 15 mins after weightlifting. I train pretty hard but I was wondering should I run everyday or every other day? I keep increasing my time by 5 minutes every week. I’m at 20 mins right now because I’ve already done my first week of cutting which I’ve been bulking for like a year now. I just want to know if I should run everyday I do weight training or just every other day?

  5. Do you have any recommendations on how to calculate my macros that I need? I weigh 157 body fat content is 28%. I was dieting at 1500 calories for about a month and loss 20 pounds. I want to lose another 20-25 pounds and get rid of my stubborn belly fat. I recently started going to the gym 6/7 a week for cardio and weight lifting. I noticed I was much more hungry and the 1500 calories I was eating was no longer enough to fuel me. What would be a way to calculate my new calories I need to intake to lose fat but still build muscle? I do a little cardio every day with weight lifting.
Thank you!! I watched your other video about how to build muscle and loss fat thats what I’d like to do ideally instead of lose fat and then build muscle later.

  8. Bro, can I take a moment to appreicate such clean, solid none biased scientific evidence and clear cut explanation. See back then I would fall of a diet after getting lean and the belly that remains has shrunk a bit but the fat remains so just that needs to go to see the abs. I quit on and off with lifting but im back and iv'e been enjoying it more than ever! I have good muscle mass without quit some high body fat around my gut mainly but some veins in arms and lines and stuff in chest, it's weird. strong as fuck considering im eating 2000 calories and 2500 plus on leg days. it's just my diet not been 100% with lazy to eat, considering i eat alot. 100kg OHP PR (Strict press) 150 kg pause rep bench press and 180kg pr on squats. Im going to bump my calories slowly to 3000 and start a cut from there. I think that's another thing you shoudl mention always start with high ass calories so you can take ur time going as low as 1800 maybe even 1700 slowly in months. I used to start at 2500 and i wouldn't have much room to play with once at 2000 and some cardio. the NEAT thing makes so much sense. I already was planning on doing 10 mins of cardio a day and then incline it next week and very very slowly add cardio while still hitting my muscle twice a week 6 days a week aond rest sundays. calories will slowly be reduced too along with gently adding incline walking. If I plateu which will be towards the end, I will defintely try these tips you mentioned. This made a lot of sense. I've got a lot fo work with this time, I'm excited about this cut and to learn more stuff about myself. 3000 i will start at once im maininting that in 2 months, 10 mins cardio and week ro two to 2900 and keep doing that. 200 calories less a day, slowly but surely keeping size, strength and less cardio and not a massive deifict. I will also keep good macros and see how this goes! Thanks for quality content which today i available for us at the click of a button! We truly take this for granted!

  9. It's like a baby learning to walk after week of a baby learns to walk they get stronger making walking for them easier end will not be effective or making them stronger or skinier because they don't need it so you loose weight you do the same but longer or more

  10. Ive got fat almost nowhere BUT my midsection. My thighs are pretty chunky too despite being muscular. I feel as though im just not running enough. I also attempt to turn every physical action, like carrying things, into a workout to better compensate for me not working out all the time.

  11. For me i dont need lose more weight i am man in his 21 height 167-168 cm and weight 67-68 kg. If i losed more weight it wouldnt be that good. I was 98 kg before. Lose fat everywhere on body even belly srinked a lot but still my skin when i sit doesnt look that good but i will try again slim my belly fat more

  12. Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from Agoge Diet. Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.
