  6. A small and tweak in loosing fat is just give up on Chai, Junk food and extensive consumption of oil. A cardio based lifestyle would make it feel like you are not even try. Remember it always feels difficult when you trying it as a task. I suggest everyone to divide the cardio throughout the day and don’t do it as a planned thing. Everyone can burn more calories than a treadmill or stepmill work of an hour. Most people are also decreasing way to much calories and most don’t know the difference between less food and less calories. You are supposed to be satiated as well as healthy benefiting from all the macros and micros even while decreasing the calories. The toughest part of the diet is staying full, eating all the required nutrients and still be on a caloric deficit. You have to choose foods that are healthy but low in calories, especially that from fat and sugar. Gaining muscle burns more calories too. Fat has almost 2.5 times more calories than carbs and fat whereas sugar is more likely to be stored as food. Focus on the required protein for your body weight and then add other healthy calories to fill up the rest. Remember, protein has 4 kCal per gram. Your required protein already fills up 20-30% of your calories. Any access food to keep you full beyond the caloric needs, should be the ones with zero to few calories; ie, certain greens and vegetables. To start with, however, you need at least the basics of how it works and also about foods and nutrition. It’s much easier when you understand the basics. All the best to everyone on their journey.   8. I am 42. Been going to gym for 21 years. For about 21-35 I had six pack/ flat tummy. Post 35 I started neglecting ab exercises
    And my food intake increassed to pork everyday and ice cream. My weight increased and I started accumulating fat around tummy. I enjoyed it coz people started telling me u look good. 😂…but they wanted me to reduce tummy and have flat look. Trust me for someone who was lean all his life this weight gain was a happy moment. But profession needed flat tummy. So I went on reducing food intake by half. I lost 5 kilos and with that got back my tummy. But indeed I lost muscle too. 🤦 It's not easy as you grow older. You need to be very strict with what u eat and how u exercise. U need a smart way. But 6 pack is so so so so hyped.
