  1. I did the calculations now after I lost 12 kg (with only 1500 calories, so I think I lost a lot of muscle). I am 78 kg now and my calculations is that I need to go to 74,4 kg. But I dont think it is true being in 4,4 weeks to 74,4kg. I am now ca. at 17% bodyfat and want to go to 12%. I am dieting 13 weeks now at 1500 calories without changing them. I'm afraid I've lost too much muscle. What should I do now? I think about going up with my calories, can someone help me pls :c (sry for my english xd)

  2. I need to lose 4lbs
It will take me about 2 and a half weeks
I have no weights I’m too young to go gym what body weight exercises do you recommend
    I am 13 – 1 years old
And I can’t go on diet for obvious reasons

  3. Thanks so much for all of your quality videos… And congratulations on your new gym. I've watched all of them and l'm implementing a lot of what I learned in my own personal workouts. I'm slowly progressing. I'm 50 years old and 64kgs and suspect have a height similar to yours (around 173cm). I'd love to know where I can get a tank top like the one's you wear in your videos.

Important question: What brand of tank top do you wear? I'm a fellow Canadian in South Korea, but I've scoured all the major sports retailers in North America and can't seem to find a decent fitting tank top like yours.

Where can I get that tank top that you wear in your videos (the blue or gray)?

    Can someone help me?

  4. The images of abs correlated with body fat % are incorrect, everyone has different genetics. for example, i am at 10.6% right now, but looking at me you might assume i am at 16-17% body fat since they are barely showing

  5. I watched all of your vids including your very first one .. huge fan

Please tell me how to start a deficit as im very confuse should we start of maintaince cals as before my eating was uneven or we directly jump to a deficit regardless of how uneven cals we have eaten before??

  6. I’m 14 and haven’t eaten more than 1,200 calories in a month or two
I may do a diet break in a week or so
I haven’t had pop tarts or any other sugary snack in so long lol
Ive maybe had one thing of junk food snacks, which was chips, in the last few months

  7. Idk
I’m around 17% body fat and 120 pounds at 14 years old and 5’6
And losing 20 pounds of weight will put me at way underweight for my age but I think that’s way too low
What should I go for? I’m thinking 110

  8. I’m 14
Started weight loss at 140 pounds
I’m down to 123 but I want to keep going while building muscle
I’m only eating around 1 or 2 times a day and eating only 600-1000 calories on average and I’ve been doing decent
I’ve just started lifting again for the first time in two months

  9. Thank you I took this video and incorporated into my work outs my physical job and dieting and within 21 days for me I lost 10 lbs I was 221 now I’m 211 I feel better my goal is 195 trying to reach this goal within 90 days just gotta keep pushing and stay consistent thanks again 🙏🔥

  10. What worked for me was eating at maintenance + daily heavy exercise and being super consistent … With time gained muscle and burned my fat.. May take longer but the best thing is your never hungry and you build your body its not just burning fat

  11. I have tried many things throughout my years, varying diets and exercise. Eventually was able to "eyeball" a method that works well for me, 4×6 for compounds and 3-4×8-10 for isolations, full body 3-4 times a week in the gym (using weight such that I'm dead at the last set, barely finishing), and eating such that I lose average 1.2 lbs a week (strict in weekdays, lax on weekends) and planning to maintenance at goal weight (175 and I started at 225 a year or 2 ago). I have maintained or gained strength and muscle while losing fat with this.
As it turns out, this latest plan that has been the most effective and "permanent" for my lifestyle happened to line up to this video. Go figure, science works.
I'm 2 months away from abs (12% bf) , a calculation I made before this video and now confirmed by this video! I am pretty sure the other aspects line up with his other videos. You sure know your stuff Jeremy.
