  1. False hopes…. You can't change your booty shape if you got a square long butt. You can not make it into a peach . That's genetics although, you can make it a better looking/fatter square long butt.

  3. I’m going to start by saying. I’m very thin guy, tall, I have very slim arms and I’m starting on the gym.
    I’ve trying to make sumo death lifts and others but I always feel pain on my lower back.

    When I try to pull any bar I always feel bad, it goes every way, I can pick up the weight and I got frustrated.

    After watching this I’m so exited to try to do this at the gym
    I’ve never imagine that the Smith machine can lead the movement.

  4. I found this incredibly helpful TY!!! I had stroke & have left sided weakness still so holding a heavy weight in my Lt hand is not safe for me. I have Smith machine at home and love using it, now I will get so much more out of my workout & maybe see 🍑 by summer’s end💪🏼
