Reply I’m going to start by saying. I’m very thin guy, tall, I have very slim arms and I’m starting on the gym.I’ve trying to make sumo death lifts and others but I always feel pain on my lower back. When I try to pull any bar I always feel bad, it goes every way, I can pick up the weight and I got frustrated. After watching this I’m so exited to try to do this at the gymI’ve never imagine that the Smith machine can lead the movement. Thank you for your videos!!!This is an inspiration, yes to a guy too!!!
