  1. I did work out for a good time but the thing i didn't know was the form. Now i have one glute tighter and bigger then other 😂.. Started working on the glutes again, hope this time it works on both the sides

  2. I love myself, but I feel little bit less confident when I see my booty. It feels like I don't have any and my legs are thin( broad upper part). So I want my butt to grow.
    Can I start going to gym and doing butt exercises even if I have thin legs and low calcium????

  3. I like the way you explained stuff in the video, however I don’t understand the stair thing 🥴. I mean, why people think that doing stairs will help them to grow 🍑 (I personally met quite a few girls saying so 😫😖).
    I do the exercises you showed in the video and I see progress but still can’t get the hip thrust fully right (I don’t feel the muscle or if I do, I barely feel anything 🤷🏻‍♀️).

  4. Ok girls..If you want a bigger butt you have to be eating protein and calories!! Also you have to take rest days. Working out everyday will take longer to see results then actually taking rest days because you aren't letting your glutes heal😅
