  1. First of all girl you are so pretty! And definitely know how you feel about not feeling your best. Except in my case I was like at my heaviest 300 pounds. I ended up losing weight then gaining it back again. During lockdown I have been basically working out 5 or 6 days a week and eating healthier than I did. I'm starting to get to where I want to be and I'm starting to feel better. I am definitely losing more inches than weight but still happy with myself over that and I'm happy for you as well!!

  3. Thank you for sharing your routine. At time stamp 1:14 you note your before and after frankly you are fit in both. May just come down to your feeling one way or the other. But if you are going to give us a comparisment the lighting and your showing more of your tummy in the before and shadows of cold lighting vs. natural light and you keep your lower tummy covered in the after. Show us apples to apples please so we can take you serious at your improvement. You are a nice looking young women with a great intent, keep it up.

  5. Your before body looks exactly like my body now. People always say I’m sooo skinny. Sorry hunny but no, I’m not. With clothes on I look skinny, yes. But when I’m naked you can see all the fat. I also have extremely high cholesterol and pretty much don’t eat anymore because I’m scared I’m gonna have a heart attack or stroke. I pray I can get healthy soon..

  6. As someone who is skinny fat and got in and out of shape a few times, fasting 2 times a week and just being active every day (HIIT workouts, 10k steps a day) and good health would get me fit in 1 month.

    I always give up 2 months down the line though and cheat I'm super weak-minded aha. But it works for me (:
