So what would be the best thing to eat before drinking? I'm assuming probably something higher fiber (that doesn't get stored) or lower calorie (so less gets stored). Can anyone thing of some good ideas?
Alcohol and erectile dysfunction… Long term drunks. I'm 36…. On the water wagon. Thugd out drank sipping blunt smoking gangsta Hoover Crip savage… Well recently not so savage on my train wrecking vaginas …. It's killed my T … I need advice on getting it back. Because I love the poon, and the poon loves me…. Drugs are bad, Mmmmkayyy, ( South Park)
Ive noticed that personally alcohol tend to put me into calory deficit and here are some potential reasons: 1) I try to minimise eating junk food when drinking 2) I eat less the next day, because I feel nauseous 3) I spend more energy when I drink because I move a lot and stay up much later than normally 4) My skin gets really really warm when I drink, so I assume there is a chance that it has made me waste more energy while drunk compared to normal sober days. These are just some personal experiences with alcohol and Ive noticed that after heavy night drinking I tend to lose some weight that actually stays away even after getting properly hydrated.
I just want to say this video was very helpful to me since I'm an extreme alcoholic and work out every day but had great results nevertheless (I'm 225lbs and look like an amateur body builder/strong man) tho mainly was just curious of what was going on behind the curtains so to speak

As a woman over 40 (48 to be exact) if I drink a beer or have a glass of wine- I literally wear it on my gut. No joke. Sucks…! and if I am trying to lose weight – I avoid it like the plague. If you are under 40 probably won't make too much of a difference but hormones run everything after 40. It's not a good idea if you don't want a gut/muffin top or love handles.
What do you guys think? Alcohol and fitness: Yes or no?

This is good I like to drink and I’m trying to gain weight 😂
Alcohol is a poison not a nutrient. If there wasn’t a social construct and acceptance of alcohol this wouldn’t be a conversation
