I cut out gluten and dairy and on 12th August I started my calorie deficit (1200 and keeping fat below 38g daily) I have a bike machine and have been doing on average 4-5 10 minute stints and some of your workouts usually 2 7 minute ones and the 3 min arm workout plus a glute band burn and resistance band workout which takes around 15mins non stop. I have lost 2.3 kg or 5 lbs since the 12th August. Thank you – your upbeat workouts have really helped to keep me motivated and I doubt I would have managed half so well without you. I tend to have lost a total of 10kg by end October…I am quite tall at 5'11". I did base all this on my base metabolic rate and either by excercise or stringently keeping to the diet I manage to keep to it. The Nutracheck app has been great and I have been logging all these yummy tofu dishes and other plant based dishes. I found out that I am not a vegan because I still eat fish, egg and very occasionally goat cheese as it doesnt affect my IBS. Thanks again Youre one of the high spots of my day! I dont know if youre aware but the App does recognise your workouts.

  4. Does this shrink your butt? I started working my butt out bc I wanted a more round and perky butt… well I lost pretty much my whole butt. Yeah it’s tighter, but it’s almost non existent now. I want something to give me a bigger rounder butt. Not to shrink anything.

  5. Awesome workout, you're so cute and not obnoxious and screaming! Ive lost 55 pounds in the ladt 3 years, but Im still a fatty so I'm trying to lose 40 more pounds so hopefully this works! Thanks!
