Hey, I’m starting body building and I’m currently using your 101 workout which is for beginners even tho I’m not new to weight training ( I know they’re baseline workouts )when do I start using 102 ? Also i know your supposed to change your workouts every couple of weeks so your muscles can grow without them becoming used to the Routine so my question is what should I do there? And how many weeks ? I know it’s a lot of questions there just trying to understand how to get the ball rolling hopefully you will get back to me thanks !( I’m doing push pull legs as my split ) if that helps you reply better

  3. Hi Damien, your workouts have been amazing during the lockdown and I must admit the pump is indeed stupid! Love you for these amazing videos that I am now religiously following. However, on this video, I have two questions for you, can you be kind enough to answer? Thank you in advance!

    1. I was only able to finish 2/3rds of the second superset, and could not do the third set at all, this is my first leg routine ever. I usually do squats and lunges. Is this fine, and how many times do you think I need to continue to become used to this and be able to complete the set?

    2. I could not find the 101 for this one, could you please link it here or in the description? I found one home leg workout for mass 101 but I assume that's different?
