    for each day!

    • Exercise for at
    least 10 mins
    a day

    • Exercise on
    – Tuesday’s
    – Wednesday’s
    – Thursday’s
    – Friday’s
    – Saturday’s
    NOT ON
    – Monday’s
    – Sunday’s
    (Your muscles
    needs a break!)

    • STAY PRODUCTIVE

    • Do at least 5 squats
    a day

    • Lastly….
    NEVER GIVE UP!!
