    I have been doing this work out for almost a month now and I have seen progress on my hip dips. I am also doing her thin waist and resistance bands for glutes workouts. Hope this helps.

  4. I’ll be honest with you guys that workout didn't change anything in my hips I did it for 16 days and literally i didn't get any better I’m just telling you my experience about it maybe you will see any different with it,and I think I’m gonna stop doing that workout anymore

    day one: hard and burned a lot !
    day two: easier but still burned the fucking hell
    day three: it isn't that hard anymore but still burning :')
    day four: kinda sore but we seeing changes !!!
    day five: I see differences, still going!
    day six: I can see why i started!! <3
    day seven: I've done this for a week now and i totally recomend this so much!But remember if you decide to do it question again for who ur doing it, don't do it for someone else than you!Believe in yourself and good luck hon!

  7. I'll being doing the workouts in this video for 14 days straight and tracking my progress here! 🙂
    Day 1: DEFINITELY could feel it, I felt the burning sensation in places I didn't even know could burn. (Disclaimer: I don't have a very nice diet so that may affect my results)
    Day 2: Same as day 1, I'm beginning to see some changes on my right hipdip!
    Day 3: Sooo sore! Worked through the pain, the progress is subtle but visible! From now on I'll try and eat healthier so I can see results quicker!
    Day 4: Done
    Day 5: Done
    Day 6: Done
    Day 7: Done! Halfway mark! Results are there— subtle, but definitely making progress
    Day 8: Done 🙂
    Day 9: Done! I may do this for an extra four or five days after completing the 14 days because I don't eat that healthy and at this rate I most likely won't see the complete results of this workout if I just do another 5 days

  8. im scared when it comes to these exercises because I do feel the burn but the only change I see is more stretch marks however I'll give this exercise a try if I dont update about this exercise in 14 days comment on this comment if your curious if the workout worked or not

    day 1- ✔️ honestly kind of easy, very fun😝
    day 2- ✔️ loved the burn!
    day 3- ✔️ did this at 1am LOL
    day 5- ✔️
    day 6- ✔️ went for a big walk too!
    day 7- ✔️
    day 8- ✔️ i added a band and HOLY that burnnn
    day 9- ✔️ that band makes it burn 10x more, i think i should have used it sooner!
    day 10- ✔️

    day 12- ✔️ ouch
    day 13- ✔️ wasn’t feeling the best so didn’t use the band!
    day 14- ✔️ used the band!!

    results: i still have hip dips:( idk if i saw results because i feel they are deep still which is unfortunate and i’m pretty down about it. it was fun to do this mini workout though! 😊

    Day 1: my hip size is 33 inches and I’ll be eating 3 meals a day, (it burned a lot)
    Day 2 : my hip size is 33.5 inches which is actually a big difference, gonna follow the same eating routine
    Day 3 : my hip size is 33.5 inches and it burns
