Thank you so much for clarifying that the exercises don't change the bone structure but tones the muscles surrounding the area! Some of these workouts on youtube are so misleading about that!
Ive been doing this workout 5 days a week for a month and I’m so happy BC not only my hip dios are less noticeable but my butt grew and it has helped me build my confidence BC I feel like I’m actually doing something instead of just complaining so thank you so much ❤️
I did this workout one time. The hell my butt hurts for 5 days🤣 but its really effective. I can feel my butt having a muscle already. I will be doing this 2 times a week

I’m starting this today. I have school on the fourth so I probably won’t update this until after school hours but I want to try this for however many weeks until I can’t see my hip dips anymore but I lose motivation quickly so I would really like to be held accountable so I can get the results I want ❤️ Day 1: Done 🥲 Day 2: Done 😖 Day 3: Rest day before school so my legs can work properly 💀
