  2. Amazing! I used the booty band and upped my weights for the first two circuits, then pushed as hard as I could during the third with just body weight. I feel awesome💪🔥 I was thinking maybe you could make a program using your older videos? I always really enjoy everything from you, thank you for all your hard work!

  3. I LOVED this workout! I’m curious about the bands that you used. I have several brands of band and they inevitably roll and/or ride up and down my legs. I’m trying to improve my form but also wanted to see if you have advice in brand or what I should look for when investing in new ones. I love using the bands but get annoyed with trying to straighten them out. Thanks in advance!

  4. didn't have bands. used bodyweight. short and sweet. followed it with 15 min hiit cardio of lower body and abs from fitness blender. workout complete!
