  1. Day 1 ✅ was sooo hard couldn’t finish part 2
    Day 2 ✅ was less hard but I died at part 2 lol
    Day 3 ✅ was easy (just did the first part)
    Day 4 🌱 rest
    Day 5 ✅ i don’t feel pain i’m just shaking, is it normal ?

  2. Thinking of starting this combined with a set of exercises that targets love handles. I am going to try to do this two Times a day and only drink water. Lets go !!! Lets see if this works or not.

  3. Heey, so im doing this challenge. And im gonna update you along the way. ( btw im yousing ankle weights )

    Day 1: it was very very hard and i could only finish half of it, before i gave out.

    Day 2: it was esier and i finished the whole video. But after i coulnt walk without getting light headed.

    Day 3: it is really hard, espesally the second half, where its really difficult to squese my mucles. But so far i see no differance
