Healthy? really? beans from can, tomato from can!! aren't they unhealthy with BPA inner lining, lots of salt and other unhealthy ingredients ? Don't you think buying beans and peas, then soak them over night and cooking them yourself not only safer but also cheaper? Who are these so called " chef " that they sell you their product ?
I like this chef. Saw her show on Food Network. She makes good tasting and healthy food.
