  3. another one if you don’t have strawberries and dark chocolate hummus, cut the leaves off the strawberries then cut them in half. squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle white granulated sugar on top. enjoy!

  4. If you guys are looking for a drink that replenishes nutrients and vitamins and makes you rehydrated fast, I suggest pedialyte ! It makes me feel great, personally I drink “comforts” but it’s made by the same company and it shows you the benefits on the side of the bottle, it’s rlly great

  5. just remember, the "200 calorie" snacks that are in this video is not all you should be eating in a day. according to the US Department of Health, an adult female needs anywhere from 1,600-2,400 to maintain a healthy life, while an adult male needs around 2,000-3,000 a day. keep in mind food = fuel for life! not eating, or eating very little will seem to work at first if you're looking to lose weight, but once you start eating normally again, you metabolism will be weak, and slow down. So when you eat normal after putting your body through that strain, you actually gain back "all of the weight" you had wanted to lose. if you want to eat healthy, that's great! just do it the right way, and for the right reasons.

  6. Most of these recipes are pretty high in calories or low volume for the amount of calories and these tik toker give some bad diet exercise. 😂😂😂
