  1. hi, is it required to dry roast everything? Can we directly grind it? As all the mixture will be anyway heated in the last with jaggery syrup. So why 2 times heating them?

  2. I think dates was enough for sweeten this recipe. Jaggery added too much calori counts. Not good for weight loss. But indeed a great energy bombs with good amount of protein and good fats.
