  1. sure is right. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well. And The surprising part is my friend who is not doing much excercises, maintaining his six pack with this secret food items. you can watch out here -> LOSEWEIGHTINAWEEK.WEB44.NET

  2. Diet supplement companies desperately want everyone to give their products a try to demonstrate that they really help people lose weight.
    Well i just found a website that will send free samples to your home, its the best way to get free diet supplements 🙂
    You can get them here bit.ly/12hzhht?v=vyclh

  3. Thanks. Great info. I like the cream replacement. I'd love to try that one. I am a very cheap good cook and foodie. Lots of my food close to fat free (so you can "afford" to have some home made cookies, ice cream whatever you like once in a while) Some of my secret weapons: miso paste, fish sauce, nut pastes (home made or store bought), soup, tea, braising…

  4. Did you know that we recognize 6 Tastes, and all of them should be an important part of our diet every day?

  5. Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  6. @artifiser agreed. i like her substitutes for flour and sugar, as those are processed ingredients, and i also skim of the fat of soups and the like, but i think her reduced fat options for butter and cream and mayo are unecessary. mayo is eggs oil and vinegar; how is that bad for you? yes it's fattening, but you need fat, especially the good kind. Trying to reduce the calories of something just for the sake of it will only make you want whatever it is more.
    so go butter!

  7. @deedevinebrake
    Hello, I did some searching for you (I was kind of interested in a substitute as wel), and read a lot of things about oil. But I also read this;
    Butter is a completely natural food essential to your health – especially when you eat organic. Also, please make the extra effort to obtain high-quality organic, raw butter.
    Not only this is said about butter, but also a whole lot of other things. I can't provide the link on youtube 🙁 Just search for it on google if you want.

  8. Thank you so much for the great tips! I can't wait to try them. My husband and I decided to totally change our way of eating to a more clean, natural and healthier way of preparing our meals. It's so awesome to find your informative videos on the web. It cuts down our time in research!

  9. If you cut out saturated fat too much you will become vitamin deficient. calcium vita d and cholesterol (a antioxidant) are dependant on sat fat from my understanding. sat fat does not cause obesity. I do believe that rancid veggie cooking oils and poor nutriton long term cause it. also all the dieting people do also promote obesity via body response ot famines which also leads to malnutrition. junk food overload long term makes you malnurioshed and fat in long run

    otherwise good advice.

  10. @ready4healthy Indeed. These top 10's she hosted are great. I'll admit that I quit my softdrinks addiction after learning how bad it is in one of her "top 10" vids.
