  1. So you guys mighta noticed that I renamed this episode "Healthier Versions of Unhealthy Foods" – I wanted to make it clearer that these aren't diet foods or things you should necessarily eat every day, they're lower-calorie, lower-carb, higher-fiber versions of unhealthy foods. They're still very high in fat, so there's a trade-off, but they hopefully give you guys ideas of how to scratch the junk-food-itch when you're trying to eat well!

  2. My experience with dieting is, it's easier to just eat less of what you want, then to try and eat nothing but "healthy" things. But then, I guess it depends on whether you're trying to lose weight or trying to actually be healthy.

  3. Hey babish, y probably will never see this but I was teaching my brother how to make pancakes and realised that I dont rlly know how to explain it. Do you think you could do a basic video on Pancakes, crepes and waffles if u havent already

  4. My dad is diagnosed with diabetes, I am really glad that he loves cauliflower, my mom practically uses cauliflower to replace certain dishes that he can't eat anymore
