    One thing i must mention people put or gulp food in thier bodies without giving God thanks what the hek God says our bodies are the living temple of god we live an artifecial life the food is full of chemical our bodies was constructed to be in union with sweating movement fasting drinking spring water not if you fast but jesus told us to fast and pray the body comes with a spirit breath of life hear me in this realm this world is fill with an abundance of negative energy or spirit the spiritual realm is real just as you fleshie body creation is not wiser than God God said man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth from gods mourh

  3. Imagine how much you’re saving not only from the medical bills but also from spending money on food. IF has been the only effective way I’ve lost weight and felt better so I’m going back to it.

  4. Fasting can cause rapid weight loss but it doesn't necessarily generate better health. In fact, if done too often, fasting can be harmful. Fasting falls short when people are already nutritionally depleted and/or toxic. Your body needs to get cleaned out and be renourished before it can handle fasting. We all have different nutritional requirements depending on genetics, our past, and lifestyle among other factors. Eating fruits and veggies for many won't do much benefit unless they consider the macronutrient make up of diet and needed supplementation. They may also need to remove toxic metals that disrupt normal metabolism. Imagine going into a fast when the body needs proper nutrition to remove its own crap and rebuild itself. You'd be anxious and depressed and restless.

  7. I fasted for 5 days and on the 5th night, I was absolutely wired. I was compelled to write down dozens of business ideas and kept jumping out of bed to write more, all night long. Amazing experience.

  8. Snack culture was established in the early 70's. I boarded at Note Dame Academy & I recall evening sugary snacks were a huge thing. I also remember the brain washing commercials for candy bars as snacks. These 2 aren't old enough to remember. Boomers were indoctrinated with bad eating habits by the 60's & most are collectively suffering for it now with diabetes, heart disease & metabolic issues
