We start gently in this STEPSTOOL-STYLE routine that benefits all kinds of things – like our heart, lungs, muscles, and mind! This workout is quick-moving, but has short intervals of rest worked in so that our heart rate๐Ÿ’™ stays MODERATE the entire time.

Would you be surprised๐Ÿ˜ฎ to know that people are more likely to stick to an exercise program that is MODERATE with STEADY PROGRESSION – just like today! – as opposed to one that is too intense๐Ÿ˜ง and can result in soreness for days afterwards? Research has shown itโ€™s true!
