Is it bad for a 13 year old girl who already does 4 sports to do this on 1500 calories a day? Is I said,I already do 4 sports what really focus on strength/severe exercise,and even eat healthier than most but I still don’t even have a flat stomach,nevermind abs,can someone please help me or tell me what I’m doing wrong? (Btw I used to be on like 2000/2500 calories till I noticed I was still fat)
Week 1 doing this workut Barely finished lot of breaks durning exercises Week 2 I fell only at 4 last exercises Week 3 I fell on last 2 exercise Week 4 At last exercise i stopped for 0.5 sec and then finished ! Huge thanks man ! And also good luck everyone take step after step to achieve the best shape of ur life !
My motivation for workout is 9:34 . Every time i feel to quit i get here and listen this and this motivate me to release some sweat out of body. Thanks igor❤️
