  1. You swing weights all around without proper body mechanics and you are almost guaranteed a injury. Swinging around is a great way to tear out your back.

  2. Die Training are smoothe movements better. Because of you move like you wanna rip a part off of the training machine it is also not good for the muscles.

  4. The guy with the ponytail is no other than Wagner Bortolato he's a world class arm wrestler from Brazil I'll admit his training technique is weird but most of those exercises was focusing on pronation and wrist strength.
