  1. One of those workouts where instead of leaving you breathless it burns and burns deep! I was so shocked when the second round came around for some reason 😛 But managed it with weights and bands so I was very happy! Thanks for the workout x

  2. HIIII , lets do this i am challenging myself to do this video (2 sets) for two weeks and with rest days of course. any suggestion would be great!
    DAY 1: ✅the first set didnt hurt that much but the second OMGGG
    DAY 2: ✅ OKK i woke up soree from yesterday workout.. today i completed the whole video , i skipped the side lying clam in the second set bc i was not feeling the burnn
    DAY 3 ❗️❗️Rest day
    DAY 4: ✅only 1 set today i was not in the mood
    DAY 5:✅ done, 2 sets.i skipped the side lyng clam in the second set and ínstead added 1 more minute of glute bridges:)
    DAY 6: ✅did ittt , i’ did 1 set and the second i changed a lil bit bc it was kinda boring lol, i did 60 sec glute kickbacks + 60 sec rainbow + 30 glute bridges + 15 sumo squats + 15 leg rise in each leg(i am not sure thats the name HAHA)
    DAY 7: ‼️ rest day
    DAY 8: ‼️ rest day haha
    DAY 9: ‼️ rest dayy , i am sorry if i am taking to much rest days but i am with lots of school stuff and i am not in the mood sooo
    DAY 10:✅ 1 set + 10 leg machine in each leg + 10 glute kick backs in each leg + 10 fire hydrants in each leg + 10 sumo squats + 10 leg rise in each leg :):)
    DAY 11: ‼️active rest dayy,woke up soree
    DAY 12: ✅ 2 sets today, i skipped the glute leg rises+pulses and the side lyng clam ☺️ i wasnt feeling the burn yk
    DAY 13:✅ i am seeing kinda results (? haha i am not sure like i didnt measure myself , today i did this shorter workout : 45 glute. kick backs each leg
    20 rainbow in each leg
    20 fire hydrant each leg
    20 squat pulses
    10 curtey lunges
    40 glute bridges
    DAY 14:✅ OKKK i finished 2 sets !! i am very proud because i did it . In my opinion this is a good workout bc i can feel the burn but i did not see any WOW results 🙁 maybe i should do 1 month instead idk

  3. Do these exercises makes you get bigger thighs? I am afraid that i will grow very big and muscular there, which I don't really like. Can someone who did it for a while tell me if you grow in the thighs size?

  4. Day 1 ✅ I did the circuit 4 times as Chloe recommended (I used ankle weights)
    Day 2✅ I did it 4 times again with ankle weights (I also started drinking at least 2.5 liters of water per day)
    Day 3 ✅ 4 times again
    Day 4 ✅ 3 times today
    I have already seen so much difference in my cellulite (even my mom commented on that! )

  5. do you do these workouts 4 times a day? also, should i day breaks between doing them? like say i did it monday, should i leave a day then do it again? <3

  6. I don’t feel any burns and I’m barely sore the next day!!! I know “squiz your butt” which I’ve been doing and I’m using ankle weights someone help I’m going to give up on this because it’s not gonna die anything if it doesn’t burn:(
