  1. I need help. So when I work on lower body I feel like I try to do too many work outs and by the time I get to glutes I’ve been at the gym for 1.5 hours so it’s kinda late… How many booty work outs should I incorporate on my lower body day?

  2. Tracking my progress:
    (Note: I’m 5’6 and weigh 118
    i modified the last one to 25 weighted hip thrusts and i’m also doing an in bed an workout )

    starting measurement:
    butt: 35 1/2 inches
    thighs: 19 inches
    hips: 33 1/2 inches
    waist: 24 inches

    Day one: feeling good i definitely felt the burn during the workout and a buzzing feeling in my legs when going up stairs and walking

    Day:4 feeling pretty good i’m definitely seeing some toning in my thighs
    i didn’t notice till i measured (note i’m also using a different measuring tape then my initial)
    but my numbers have increased
    Butt: 36 inches
    thighs: 19 1/2 inches
    hips: 34 1/2
    waist: 25 3/4 inches
    i’ll check again once i find the measuring tape i used the first time and update my numbers
    UPDATE: i found the right one all the numbers are updated correctly 🙂

    day 1: wasnt so hard but completed!
    day2: help my butt is sore i can barely walk but completed lol
