My roommates and I have been doing Chloe's workouts already almost a year, and now I know how to say "Woman you're not a human being", "Oh no way in hell" and "My everything hurts" in 4 different languages. After a year I haven't lost any weight, but now I have much more muscle then before and my booty finally kinda exist! I consider it as a win.
So I bought some dumbbells and resistance bands and WOW did they ever make a difference to this workout. Loving it even more now – in a self torture kind of way!!!

I have a question. Will I lose my fats in my bum or will I just grow muscles without losing the fats in my bum? I don't want to look flat jsoedjfhdjei

Why can’t I feel my muscle is burning? Instead my wrists are hurt af that I couldn’t hold a position for long, and it’s so frustrating.

I hate that my left leg it’s more stronger than my right because I don’t feel the same pain
