  4. I have been using the one hour senior beginner workout (in the intro in the video you call it senior boot camp, but I see you have another one called senior bootcamp). Anyway… in that one I had worked up to higher weights and do most of them longer than the video says. So today for a change I tried this one. OMG. This is really hard on my lungs! LOL. Can you recommend something to strengthen my lungs and increase lung capacity?
