  1. @sam webster I came across info that perfect path of motion (in exercises) for glute max is something between extension and abduction, so not straight to the side. Looking on orientation of fibers it makes sense

  2. Thank you so much for your videos. I have been using all your videos for my Anatomy and Physiology class and they really help. I greatly appreciate you.

  3. OMG thank you. I'm not an anatomy student but have given one sided glute activation and strength exercises by my osteo to correct imbalances that are affecting my scj. I was just researching why because that's what I do. You've just described my gait swing that I was trying to explain ❤️🙏

  4. Great information, for about 12, year's ago, I had a injury to my lower back I did 2 XR that's couldn't show any damage I was given pain killers, these pains come back regularly! I went since year ago, n't thing's was seen , so am looking on line and fine your video! My pain is right at the lift gluteus max , my pain is not external meaning if I touch the area there no pain ,when I lay down are sitdown hurt ,is it possible to have damage your gluteus and an XR don't pit it up are how can I know for sure ?
