I absolutely love this short workout. Came back to it today after being away for a few months, but still working out elsewhere, and I found that I got a little more height in my (previously dreaded) power skips! That is damn inspiring and I swear, every win, man, makes me want to keep going and going, as if there is no limit to what I can accomplish, slow and steady. Thanks again, Tracy!!
