U said recommended 3 /4 minutes, i have the tendency to freak out when i take a resting period bcs i think my lazy self is going to trap me with the excuse i have to rest too often or too long so i try not to give in too much or if i don't give enough rest i start wondering if I'm exhausting my body more than necessary, plssss read this and help me clear my oldest question ever i hate the feeling of letting my body cool down wasting all the effort i did after a superset
