  1. I Love how clear and concise this woman talks ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ it keeps me tuned in! By the way, never had someone explain glutes in this way… She breaks it down and presents all the research to back it up- I like it๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

  2. Love the clinically rigorous and direct nature of this presentation. So lean with little fluff but fun and pleasant. High-quality video.

  3. This is perfect, concise information for me, and just what I need to get started both with practical information getting my pants to fit properly without a belt and stay up. Plus to make my backside look better and more even. I do think my butt looks nice already (most other guys have no complaints and enjoy looking at, touching, and enjoying my butt already.) But after doing this I think I will be enjoy it more and a different range of boys and men will enjoy it more. And all you guys are welcome to come experience it and feel it and use it how you like. I am a masculine and submissive guy…

  4. Is it okay if the knee isnโ€™t at an exact 90 degree angle when you squat? I noticed the knee wasnโ€™t super straight in some of the exercises, should that be a main focus?

  5. Turn to Jesus people he died for your sins, Repent of what the New Testament describes as sin. Believe the gospel obey the teachings of Jesus documented in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Jesus is the only way to be saved, be baptized if you have faith in Jesus then you will live life with him as your example. If you need prayer i'll pray for you. If you want to keep contact with a brother in Christ iโ€™ll keep contact with you. The love of God is beyond our understanding. God bless,,..

  7. As someone that doesn't know WHAT there doing while trying to workout, this video is amazing. I Loveee learning about the physiology of our body and how it works! So, THANK YOU for combining the proper workout with the science of what our body does while doing so:D

  8. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant video. This is gonna help me so much after years of lower back and neck issues. Glutes are well on my radar. I could of done with you 25 years ago.

  9. Hi. Can I make a request? I frequently see you do moves, but I don't know what they are called so, I acnnot look them up. For example, @11:20 you are on your knees and elbows, rotating one hip to the ground. What is that? Whay do you do it? It would be very heolful if you could type the name of the ove in the corner of the screen (the way recipe videos often type the ingredient being added).

I realize that's more work — sorry about that. But, I would find it very helpful, and I am probably not alone there.

Love your videos. Thank you. Cheers!

  10. All your videos are true to the name Redefining Strength. The scientific insight you provide to the why of doing any movement and/or exercise and the progression of a routine is comprehensive. Even if one mutes your explanations, just watching your posture and the clearness of your movements is education enough as to how to do any stretch or exercise properly and correctly. Thank you.
