Everybody on youtube does barbell glute bridges with those giant wheels, my biggest plate are 20kg plates, so the plates wouldnt touch the floor with the bar on me. So should i do them in a rack from the safety bars slighty above the floor to do it right or with the plates no touching the ground?
Seems like when men lose muscle mass, they lose it from their ass first genetically but when they gain fat it goes into their belly first. Women get fat in their butt first so its easier for them to maintain butt mass. This is an under appreciated series for people who have sat or worked too long. Thanks.
