  4. have R hip effusion & R knee is shot.  degenerate disc disease lumbar.  I would love to try this!!  do you recommend it?  ANYTHING to help relieve pain  in lumbar and become more functional.  now, just standing, cooking, bed making causes excruciating muscle "clamping" in lower back ..thank you
