  2. Just found your videos and loving them. Curious about two things: 1) combo'ing the challenges so you're doing a few at a time for a total of a half hour a day, and 2) doing 7 days in a row is great for building habits and excitement but I definitely noticed a deep hurt on day 3 of the abs one haha, and I just couldn't do the workout until I did a day of stretching and epsom salts. Was it just cause I was so out of shape, or pushed myself too hard, or maybe didn't cool down properly…? Would love to hear your thoughts!!

    Day 1: ✅ (my butt and legs hurt so badly)
    Day 2: ✅ (my butt and legs still hurt but I pushed through it!!! Sweating like crazy)
    Day 3: ✅ way easier still sweating
    Day 4: ✅ getting easier legs burned near the end there

    Day 2: Was not easy but did it again (do those stretches yall, TRUST ME)
    Day 3: Gonna be honest didn’t do it, did a dance leg workout instead. rn i feel the difference rather than see it but its there
    Day 4: I could see the difference a little more on one side rather than the other but a definite difference nonetheless. I might just do this for another week:)

  5. Loving these workouts only slight problem I have that due to a hip replacemtent and a fused wrist (RA) I cannot do the exercises on my front but end up just repeating one of the other exercises which is better than doing nothing at all. I refuse to give up due to my RA

It is a challenging job that is so rewarding because of how often I am blessed enough to hear someone say, “you have made such a major positive difference in my life”… in other jobs not everyone gets to hear the appreciation for their work. So, Lucy, I signed up to be able to comment for the first time to tell you that you have made such a major, positive, long-term difference in my life with your online videos. I LOVE your 7 min ab, bum, and arm workouts to the point of obsession bc of the change I am seeing in my body but more so the change I am feeling mentally. I look healthier, I have more energy, my mind feels less overwhelmed with stress, more in control. Overall the videos have started a healthy lifestyle shift for me of swapping my diet sodas for water and eating more consciously. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing these& not requiring subscriptions& all of the things others do that make me avoid their work. You are truly making such a difference in people’s lives it is just incredible. And you should know that all around the globe, YOU are the positive place so many people go to change their lives for the better. You’re an inspiration& one powerful woman!!! I adore you, Lucy ❤️

  8. Would these exercises help to isolate booty from leg. Ishould have said underbutt isolation rather.All I need to know if your exercises help this if not do you have a specific underbutt isolation workout. Please let me know. ❤️❤️❤️you are awesome. Thank you !!!!

  9. Started doing lose belly fat and arms, – one week later added lift and sculpt my butt! I have lost half a stone – 3 inches off my waist and two inches off my arms! Impressed ! Thanks Lucy!
