  3. Hey Vicky I love these glute exercises!! But I am still fighting my belly fat from menopause it’s so hard to get off I need some exercises that I can do because I’m in a fight with my body to get it back!!

  5. Yeeeeaah… No.
    She's getting breathy n tired doing these.. Glute activation are not supposed to feel heavy and make u go out of breath. It's not your main workout and it doesn't supposed to be this long and so strenous..

    This is why I follow glute guy.. He has a PhD in glute building alone and goes in depth with scientific explanation with muscle toning/building. And he's talked abt influencers doing glute activation like it's the main workout and getting tired after doing them for 10min straight..

    -hip bridge w/ pulse (30 sec)
    -elevated clamshell (30 sec)
    -fire hydrants (30 sec)
    -bouncing lunges (30 sec)
    -bouncing squats (30 sec)
