  1. I follow all your videos doctor, But I am just a little confused on these abs exercises. You mentioned we should do these every other day, But then you said they need 48 hours to recover.
    So should we do every other day or every second day? Thank you!

  2. WOW!!! I’m literally in tears right now because when I injured my back, I haven’t been able to exercise like I use to. I went from someone who had no problem with exercise or weight gain to NOTHING!! Everything stopped. I was able to do these exercises, not feel any back pain afterwards AND felt the burn!!!! With my new diet (keto) and these moves, I actually feel hopeful for the first time in 5 year!!!! Thank you for sharing! God is GOOD!!🙏🏾

  3. I dont feel anything…….To much fat on my belly I think. But how can I get rid of that fat? I do already Keto and OMAD, lost 8 kilo's, just 6 more to go. Don't know what else to do. Some advice would be very welcome.

  4. Thank you. No silly gimmicks or preaching!! After a physical my doctor told me I needed to make some lifestyle changes or … I was up to 230lbs. High cholesterol, borderline diabetic, high blood pressure etc. And pretty much the same diagnosis for my wife. We changed our diets and started exercising. It’s been about 8 weeks. I’ve lost 16 pounds and she’s lost 9 pounds. We feel 20 years younger too. We needed some stomach exercises and we just watched your video and we can feel they are very effective. Thank you for your time and common sense instructions. We just subscribed too.

  5. I'm on day 5 and this works 😎👍🏾 I'm slowly seeing the outline shape of my flatter stomach I haven't seen in 20 years unless I've temporarily lost too much healthy weight along with my usual gym routine I can't lose plus a great side effect is im passing more 💩 hence feel lighter ☺️
