i am doing fat burn in 10 days program and i am in the 9 th day !!! This video is really the hardest and worst one for me. I finish it with 3 breaks and still in the end ı wanna throw up 😥 😓 😥 😓

Day 1: it went okay but at 14.00 I had to stop because I was dying. I went to my limit but Im gonna try again tomorrow 🙂 Day 2: I'd say it went slightly better but I still had to stop at 14:00 because my body was like :p
