In the Philippines we call it Malunggay, Balunggay, (depending what region you are from). My mom used to have me pick on the leaves to add to chicken soup. I used to hate doing this. But it's worth it because my mom's soup is awesome good! I had an aunt who juice the leaves and drink it straight. She was diabetic and by taking this she didn't need to take insulin pills or shots.
